We, La Verdad Christian College (LVCC), recognize your fundamental right to privacy. Kinikilala po namin sa La Verdad Christian College (LVCC) ang iyong privacy bilang isa po sa iyong mga pangunahing karapatan. Maaari po kayong humingi ng access sa iyong mga personal na impormasyon, at/o iyong iwasto, burahin, o ipagbawal. Tatanggapin po namin ang iyong kahilingan at inire-reserba nito ang karapatan nito ayon sa batas.

VI. Retention and Disposal

In accordance with our LVCC Data Retention policy, we retain your personal information as long as necessary for the purpose of their collection and processing. After which, these shall be securely disposed of following the international best practices in disposing physical and electronic records.

Sang-ayon po sa aming LVCC Data Retention Policy, pinananatili po namin ang inyong mga personal na impormasyon hanggang kinakailangan ng layunin ng kanilang pagkolekta at pagproseso, ngunit hindi po hihigit pa sa 5 taon. Pagkatapos po nito ay maingat na buburahin habang sumusunod po sa pinakamabisang mga paraan na kinikilala ng buong mundo sa pagbubura ng mga pisikal at electronic na mga records.

As we protect your personal information, we implement the internationally-approved best practices in handling personal information, where access to your personal information is highly restricted to authorized personnel only. Our qualified and trained personnel handle all data gathered with strict confidentiality using the appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal data from any breach.

Sa pagiingat po ng iyong mga personal na impormasyon, gumagamit po kami ng mga pinakamabisang mga paraan na kinikilala ng buong mundo sa paghawak ng mga personal na impormasyon, kung saan limitado po lamang sa mga kuwalipikado at naturuang mga tao ang may access sa iyong mga personal na impormasyon. Nalalaman po namin ang mga panganib sa pagpo-proseso ng personal na mga datos gaya po ng pagka-expose ng aming mga systems sa mga malware, ransomware, at mga computer viruses o unauthorized access, atbp. Ngunit mayroon po kaming sapat na security measures na inilagay gaya ng organisasyonal, pisikal at teknikal na mga hakbang upang masiguro po na ang posibilidad ng breach ng personal na datos ay mabawasan, kung hindi man maiwasan.
